How does a motorcycle suspension work? What do all those adjusters do? How do I stop my forks from leaking? When my friend who doesn't even ride sits on my motorcycle, pumps the forks up and down a few times, looks at me and says "feels pretty good", is he being an idiot?
This class is a great blend of key concepts and hands-on practical learning about motorcycle suspension: forks and shocks, plus all the goodies inside them, like springs, dampers, and oil. We'll also spend time on other essential chassis parts, like swingarm and steering head bearings. You will learn how to properly rebuild a set of basic damper-rod forks, and will leave with the know-how to better maintain and service your motorcycles' suspension.
